Comprehensive myofascial release and trigger point therapy manual with clear photos and descriptions for self care. Whether you are recovering from an injury, working to prevent an injury, or looking to increase athletic performance, this release work is essential for proper movement patterns and muscular efficiency. This manual is organized by sections of the body. At the beginning of each chapter, there is a list of common ailments and possible causes. 

After the individual release work, I've created a series of "fascia flows" that combine isolated release work with yoga stretches to increase your range of motion and help you move more freely.
