Want to improve your range of motion, strengthen your joints, and release muscle tissue? Ready to feel loose, agile, & free of pain for your next workout? This isn’t your typical yoga ‘flow’ class. This class is geared toward improving your mobility for whatever activities, sports, or life things you love to do. Expect a challenging but deeply therapeutic hour.

Knee pain? Chronic back pain? Holding patterns & compensations can result from any repetitive activity, from sitting in a car or at a desk to healthy workouts and even yoga! Our bodies were built to move in a multitude of ways, and fascia gives our bodies their structural shape and surrounds our muscles, organs and bones. By releasing fascial restrictions, we can alleviate deep-seated pain and prevent injuries, as well as increase muscle performance. 

In this workshop, you will use a combination of trigger point & myofascial release to relieve common painful holding patterns as well as functional movement exercises to undo muscular compensations in the legs and back.
